The Remembrance Codes
Understanding Manifestation: Alignment, Not Acquisition | Create from Wholeness, Not Want
We’ve been taught to see manifestation as a way to get- but what if it’s really a way to remember?
This conversation explores manifestation not as a system of tricks or timelines, but as an act of energetic alignment. When you stop chasing outcomes and start living in resonance with your truth, creation happens through you, not because of you.
We’ll unravel how the mind tries to control results, how effort can block flow, and what it means to manifest from wholeness instead of from want. We’ll talk about the difference between forcing, hoping, and allowing - and how to recognize when your desires are ego-driven or soul-guided.
This is the deeper layer of manifestation: the shift from acquisition to alignment, from doing to being. Because what you truly seek isn’t the thing -it’s the state of harmony that thing represents.

I enter this space with clarity and truth and a devotion to alignment. May every word be guided by love and may this conversation remind us that manifestation is not about getting what we want. It's about remembering who we are. May our desires reveal their sacred origins and spirit, and may what is meant meet us with ease. When we hear the word manifestation, most people think of creating or calling in something physical: a home, a job, a relationship, more money. But what if manifestation was never about the things? What if it was always about alignment? Because true manifestation doesn't begin with a wish list, it begins with resonance, with the frequency of who you already are before the wanting even begins. Manifestation has blown up into a buzzword, even a buzz culture, and we have turned manifestation into a worldly vending machine. We are told that if you think positive and say it enough and visualize what you want enough, it will appear. And then when it doesn't, we blame ourselves for not working hard enough, for not believing enough. But manifestation isn't a mental game, it is an energetic homecoming, an alignment. Most traditional teachings focus on how to get, how to get love, how to get money, how to even get peace. But when we chase, we are affirming the lack. When we try to manipulate the field, we forget that we are the field. Manifestation is not convincing the universe to give you something. It is remembering that you and the universe were never separate to begin with. And aligning manifestation with spiritual intent does not mean rejecting the material. It doesn't mean we're not meant to have beautiful things or experiences that bring us joy. The physical world is part of this divine expression too. It is the mirror through which we get to touch and taste creation. The shift is simply this. Our energy is no longer focused on acquisition. It is focused on alignment. When the frequency is aligned, the forms that match the vibration naturally appear. A home that feels like a sanctuary, a relationship that feels like truth, a simple cup of coffee that feels like ritual. Nothing is wrong with receiving. It is just that true manifestation isn't the thing itself. It's the state of consciousness that allows it to arrive with peace instead of attachment. Now, many of us learned early on that we had to earn good things. We had to work hard for them. We had to earn love, earn rest, earn approval. There's religious programming, there is societal conditioning, even your family structures, all whisper that same lie that we must prove our worth to be blessed. So then we applied that same mindset to manifestation. If I meditate long enough, if I say an affirmation enough times, if I visualize with enough emotion, maybe I'll be worthy of what I desire. But manifestation doesn't respond to effort, it responds to essence. When the inner frequency aligns, it moves naturally. The doors open without forcing them. The people appear, the timing unfolds because your energy has become congruent with what already exists in the higher field. And y'all, alignment is not about pretending that everything is perfect. It's about being honest enough to feel what's real and steady enough to stay open while it transforms. When I am in alignment, when I'm creating and recording and receiving transmissions, I feel lighter and airier, almost translucent. That's when I know I'm not trying to control the energy. I'm moving with it. But like we talked about in the masculine and feminine episode, alignment also asks for the other side. The grounded and embodied and integrated self. The one who takes aligned action and honors timing and tends the physical vessel through which spirit moves. Both are needed. The feminine flow that receives and the masculine structure that brings it into form. Manifestation is the sacred marriage of both. What we've created is this society that is very masculine-leaning, the effort-driven, that this is my manifestation of practice. But I've also learned that alignment isn't only about soft surrender, that can also be a distortion. For a long time, I leaned so far into allowing that I stopped following the sparks. I told myself that I was trusting the divine plan, that the divine plan knew better than I, when really I was avoiding the risk of movement. I waited for signs to be so clear that they could never be missed. And in doing so, I missed some of the quieter invitations. The ones that arrive as curiosity or excitement or a small stirring of desire. Because desires are not distractions, they are arrow markers. They point us toward what our higher self is already creating. To ignore them in the name of trust is its own distortion. It's the over-feminine, passive version of manifestation that says, if it's meant for me, it will just happen. And sometimes those desires lead us not to what is coming, but to what work is required for what is aligned to move forward. For me, that looked like being drawn to trans channels over and over, binging their work. And I thought that spark was meant for me, that I was tilling the soil for that seed to grow, that eventually this is what's going to happen. But what it was actually doing was pointing me to the work that was needed for me to be comfortable with my own voice carrying the message, my own knowing, holding truth. It felt easier to me, to be quite honest, for my consciousness to step aside and let wisdom come through another stream, like Theo or like Bashar. But the real manifestation was internal. It was uncovering and releasing the limited voice that had granted higher authority outside of this channel. My channel, the one I came here to use. So sometimes your sparks are leading you towards what's meant for you. And sometimes it's uncovering what has to be cleared for what is for you. So I have had to navigate not just allowing, but trusting that my action is required. And sometimes it's going to lead me down a path I didn't see coming and perhaps wouldn't have consciously chosen. But if I am allowing in truth, it is that I am willing to do the work when it is presented. That divine masculine within us knows how to move with this current, to take the steps when the spark appears, to bring the unseen into form, even if that looks like clearing. True alignment holds both. It holds the feminine willingness to receive and the masculine courage to respond. Spirit plants desires like breadcrumbs, and the sacred action we take is how we show that we are listening. So I want you to reflect for a minute. Think of something you are calling into your life, something you feel like you are manifesting right now. And ask yourself: is this desire born of love or lack? Does it expand my field or contract it? If it came to be, who would I become in its presence? Because sometimes we're not meant to get what we want. We're meant to see why we want it. And that awareness alone can realign an entire timeline. True manifestation is not you telling the universe what to do, it is a dialogue, a dance between your human will and divine will. It's a partnership. And spirit doesn't respond to words, it responds to resonance. The same affirmation said from fear will land differently than a single whisper spoken from truth. That's why a surrendered thank you from the heart can magnetize more than a hundred affirmations from the mind. The frequency is the prayer. And that prayer is not about asking, it's about allowing. I remember seasons when I tried to manifest from force, from the masculine, writing goals, scripting every detail, trying to visualize outcomes. And yet often it seemed nothing was moving. But the moment I released control and focused on embodying the frequency of peace, peace showed up everywhere. Not as things, but as alignment. And through that peace, the things I'd been striving for occurred naturally. Not as a reward, not as a good girl, Susan, here you go, but as resonance. That's the magic of alignment. It removes the chase. So now let's think back to that one desire. It can be simple. A new opportunity, a deepened relationship, a creative unfolding. Now close your eyes if you're not driving. And breathe. If this already existed in your field, how would it feel in your body? Let your body soften into that state. Notice your breath. Your chest. Your shoulders. This is the real work. Not asking for it. But becoming it. Breathe as if it were already true. Let the feeling fill the room. Let it fill yourselves. And then let it go. Because it was never missing. You simply remembered how to feel it. Manifestation then becomes less about summoning, calling it in, and more about sustaining. Sustaining the vibration of truth. Even when the external hasn't yet rearranged itself to match. The human timeline catches up to the soul's timeline. But the soul moves outside of time, and that's why surrender and trust are essential ingredients. You are not waiting for it. You are walking with it. I'll tell you, a few years ago, I wanted a mountain home. I am called to the woods. The girl wants to be in the trees. And there were several times, once with a couple of friends of mine, we put in an offer. It ended up not working out. And then Mark and I put in a couple of offers, and they didn't work out. And not long after that, we experienced a hurricane that went through our mountain area and devastated some of those towns. And recently we were back there and it's been a couple of years, and I am feeling this call back to the woods. I want to be in the woods. So we started talking about it and negotiating. And how can we how can we get Susan in the woods more? When I still have these three kids at home, we are still, you know, every time we talk about getting a new toy or doing something, it's like, does that come with more weekends? Because what what we lack is time to enjoy um the wonderful things we already have. And it's funny because I had mentioned getting a camper van and we went to see a couple, and we were going to perhaps get one of them, and it was sold as we're on the lot. It was sold to someone else. And it ended up working out because I did a little more research. We found a different brand, that's not a different fit out, and he found one and really liked it. And at first he thought it was in California, and we were trying to figure out, you know, flying to California, driving at home, blah, blah, blah. But then it just so happens that the price had just been reduced. He was the first person who called. It was in the same location where he had a project the following week for him to go down and check it out. So it's one of those things where you can put something out there. And when it's in alignment with what is calling you and is in alignment with your soul, everything rearranges for that to be met. Right? My desire is really to be to connect with nature more, and this is going to facilitate that which is very much in alignment with who I am and how I'm serving. And so effortlessly, that just kind of wove into our life. And he flew down and drove it home. And so hopefully soon you girls could be sleeping in the woods. But we have to trust that whatever's meant to happen or work out will. Now, I don't deny my desires like I did for a while. I follow them and I allow them to spark something in me, like, oh, there's something here, but I don't attach to it. If it doesn't work out, I trust that there is a great reason that it doesn't work out for me and that I'm allowing for something better. As long as I know I am living in alignment, then I trust that what unfolds will, as long as I am now following those cues. I do just want to hammer this point home. I don't talk about manifestation a lot because I'm really uncomfortable with how it is presented a lot of the time. So I want you to remember this. True manifestation is remembrance. It is returning to coherence with the source that breathes through all things. It's not a list, it's a frequency. It's not summoning what isn't, but allowing what is eternal to take form through you. When we align with spiritual intent, we stop creating from fear or from lack and we start allowing creation to move as us. So today, just for today, instead of asking, what do I want to manifest? Ask, what frequency am I willing to embody? Because the universe doesn't grant wishes, it mirrors alignment. And when we live as love, everything that serves love arrives. Thank you for watching. I'll see you next week.
